Pengaruh Inisiasi Menyusui Dini Terhadap Jumlah Perdarahan Kala IV Persalinan Di Klinik BPS Ny. Endang Purwati - Mergangsan - YOGYAKARTA

Background: Mortalitas and of morbiditas at pregnant woman to represent serious problemto the world. Cause of death of mother bear to represent a matter which enough complex,which can classified byreproduction factors, obstetri complication, service of health andsocioeconomic. Governmental program that is early suckle initiation or suckle postnatal firstat can give many benefit to baby and mother so that mother mortality and baby can decreasewith existence of initiation program suckle early.This research aim to determine the effect of early suckle initiation for amount of blood onlabor of stage IV at Klinik BPS Ny. Hj. Endang Purwati A.Md., keb. Mergangsan Yogyakarta.Methods: The type of this study quantitative research by using experiment pre desain withapproach of comparison group static / design group control only posttest, and analysed byusing test of t-test independent. The data collecting use primary and scunder data. Therespondents of this study amount to 30 mother who are bearing in Klinik BPS Ny. Hj. EndangPurwati A.Md., keb. Mergangsan Yogyakarta.Result. The result of this study indicate that there are difference in mean of amount of bloodlabor of stage IV between the mother which given by treatment of early suckle initiation andmother which do not be given by treatment of early suckle initiation where obtained thevalue p=0,000 so that p< 0,05, then Ho refused and Ha accepted.Conclusion: There is effect of early suckle initiation for amount of blood on labor of stage IVat Klinik BPS Ny. Hj. Endang Purwati A.Md., keb. Mergangsan Yogyakarta
