Hubungan antara Motivasi Kerja, Sikap pada Profesi, dan Pembinaan Kepala Sekolah dengan Kinerja Guru

Goal of this research is to analizing correlation stregth between teacher’s motivation work with the teacher performance, attitude of profession with the teacher’s performance learn and headmaster construction with the teacher performance, and also its third relation by together with teacher performance. This research responden is all teacher’sof  SMKN,  588 population amount to 140 who are selected by pursuant to technique of sample random sampling. Result of research show the positive relation, keep and significant between : (1) motivation work with the teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (ry1) is 0,976. (2) attitude profession with the teacher performance , with the correlation coefficient (ry2) is 0,974. (3) headmaster construction with the teacher Performance with the correlation coefficient(ry3) is 0,973. (4) the motivation work, attitude profession and headmaster construction with the teacher performance correlation coefficient of ry.123 Y sum 0.974.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, sikap pada profesi dengan kinerja guru,pembinaan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, dan hubungan antara motivasi kerja, sikap pada profesi, pembinaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-samadengan kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru-guru SMKN di Kota Bandar Lampung berjumlah 588 orang, sebagai populasi dan 140 orang sebagai sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik sampel random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif, erat dan signifikan antara :(1) motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi (ry1) 0, 976. (2) sikap pada profesi dengan kinerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi (ry2) 0,974. (3) pembinaan kepala sekolah dengan Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi (ry3) 0,973. (4) motivasi kerja, sikap pada profesi dan pembinaan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru,dengan koefisien korelasi0,974
