Goal of this research is to analizing correlation stregth between teacher’s motivation work with the teacher performance, attitude of profession with the teacher’s performance learn and headmaster construction with the teacher performance, and also its third relation by together with teacher performance. This research responden is all teacher’sof  SMKN,  588 population amount to 140 who are selected by pursuant to technique of sample random sampling.
