Employees as a major resource companies are required to provide the best services to provide optimal performance. This study focuses only on one cause of stress, namely the factors causing stress in the organization (organizational stressor). It is important for PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk Witel South East Java Malang to meet the needs of employees and create a comfortable work so as to minimize the onset of stress at work. With a strong commitment which is owned by the employees will have an impact on performance improvement.
