Gagasan Pengaturan Pengendalian Sepeda Motor dalam Sistem Transportasi Nasional

The phenomenon of the use of motorcycles lately showed remarkable improvement. It is because the bike is easy to use in certain circumstances, the price is affordable, and fuel economy. In contrast, the growth of such a large motorcycles have a negative impact on people's lives, especially in land transport. The negative impact of, among others, cause congestion, accidents involving motorcycles, donations emissions, wasteful of fuel, and crime. Problems in this study are: i) what are the problems posed by the motorcycle as a means of transport, ii) what are the government that has been done in addressing the problems posed by a particular transport motorcycles; iii) how the notion of control arrangements motorcycle in the national transportation system that is expected in the future. Legal measures taken by the government to control the settings motorcycles, among others: the law No. 22 of 2009 on the cross and Road Transport, Government Regulation No. 32 of 2011 on Management and Engineering, Impact Analysis, Needs And Traffic Management, Ideas that can be solution the problems are caused by a motorcycle with a good overall arrangement of the physical aspects of the motorcycle, number, infrastructure, rules itself, socialization / continuing education, and enforcement. The method used in this research is based on a normative secondary data
