Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Sains Teknologi Masyarakat Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Materi Cahaya Kelas Viii1 Di SMPN 1 Darussalam Aceh Besar

This study aims to determine student learning, teacher and student activities, teachers 'skills in managing learning, and students' response to the application of the model science society technology in the learning process. Researcher using action research methods class at class VIII-1 SMPN 1 Darussalam Aceh Besar academic year 2015/2016. Data collected through tests, observation sheet activities of teachers and students, the skills of teachers in managing learning, and students' response to PBM activities by applying the model of science learning technology community. The results of analysis of student data demonstrating the application of science learning model community technology can improve student learning outcomes VIII-1 SMPN 1 Darussalam from the first cycle to the third cycle, both individually at 71%, 80% and 90% and classical that is 71.42%, 80 , 95% and 90.47%; the activities of teachers and students has increased each cycle, the first cycle in both categories, the second cycle in both categories and the third cycle with very good categories; teachers' skills in managing the learning has increased from the first cycle to the good category, the second cycle in both categories and the third cycle with very good categories; student responses indicate a positive attitude receive well. It can be concluded that the application of the model pembalajaran STM can improve learning outcomes in light material VIII1 class in SMPN 1 Darussalam Aceh Besar
