The main purpose of this study is to examine the significancy of the affect of job stress and quality of work lifeon job satisfaction and employee's performance. The type of study is explanatory research. The sample in this study is 100 employee's and a saturated sample. The technique of data analysis in this study isdescriptive statistical analysis and PLS (Partial least square) analysis.
