This research aims to know and explain the significance influence of employee's education variable and employee's training variable in a partial on employee's ability and employee's performance. This research is kind of survey research, while this research using a explanation research method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is totaled 53 and the samples taken as many as 53 employee's. These research use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The effect of employee's education on the employee's ability is produce t statistics value 2,583 with probabilities 0,013, there are significant influence. The influence of employee's training on the work ability of employee's produce t statistics value 2,101 with probabilities 0,041, there are significant influence. Employee's education to the employee's performance produce t statistics value 10,524 with probabilities 0,000, there are significant influence. The influence of employee's training on the employee's performance produce t statistics value 2,613 with probabilities 0,012, there are significant influence.
