Estimasi Biaya Pemeliharaan Bangunan Berdasarkan Pedoman Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan Bangunan Gedung (Permen Nomor: 24/PRT/M/2008) (Studi Kasus Gedung Perpustakaan Wilayah Soeman H,S Pekanbaru)
