Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) Kantor Cabang Malang)

The objective of research is to understand and to analyze the presence of significant influence of work motivation, work ability and work environment on employee performance. This current study is explanatory research with quantitative method as means indicated by the use of survey. Sample employed in this study are 82 employee's as respondents of an insurance company, Prudential Life Assurance Malang. Data collection methods are questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique is descriptive statistic analysis which uses multiple regression analysis method. The result shows that variables of work motivation, work ability and work environment are significantly and simultaneously influencing employee performance. The variable of work motivation is significantly influencing employee performance by point 0.004. It is also seen that the variable of work ability is also significantly influencing employee performance by point 0.013. The influence of work environment on employee performance is significant by point 0.044. Result of F-test shows that R2 is 0.611, meaning that employee performance at PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) of Malang Branch Office is influenced or explained by independent variables, such as work motivation, work ability, and work environment by point 61.1 %, while the remaining 38.9 % are explained by other variables beyond this current research
