Background and objective Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has been transformed from the treatment according to histological type to genotype treatment model. The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) genes are the most important drivers in lung cancer. The aim of this study is to explore the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of patients with advanced NSCLC with different genotypes.
