This research aims to analyze management working capital effective in relation to profitability in PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Research method used in this research is method research descriptive by analysis working capital based on the concept qualitative. Focus on this research is working capital management consisting of: source and use of working capital effectiveness management working capital and analysis net working capital turnover, and profitability PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Based on the result of the study can be known that the cash management is good, inventory management decline, receivable management decline, debt management experiencing fluctuations, working capital turnover decline, and profitability ratio experiencing fluctuations during the year 2011-2013
