Survey Deformasi Sesar Kaligarang Dengan Metode Pengamatan GPS Tahun 2016

Semarang City located in the northern of Java Island has the possibility of tectonic plate movement, for the example is fault. One of the faults in Semarang is Kaligarang Fault. Kaligarang Fault is a fault that has existed since the time of tertiary and active back in the days of the quarter. Kaligarang Fault located in Kaligarang River's valley that divides the area of Semarang in the direction nearly north - south. Determining Kaligarang Fault deformation can be determined by periodic observation.Kaligarang Fault deformation can be observed with Dual Frequency GPS observations. Planning for the installation of the control point observations were made in accordance with the fault plane. Planning and installation of observation points based on the geomorphology analysis of Kaligarang Fault to reveal the segments of active faults. Setting-up the control points must be installed in accordance field observations about the center of active faults. Observations on the control point is done with static methods, and lasts for 7-8 hours. GPS observation data is processed using scientific software, which is GAMIT 10.6. The results of the processing from GAMIT 10.6 on GLOBK file is a 3D cartesian coordinates and toposentrik coordinate that each has a standard deviation.The results of this research is design of new control points GPS observations, that are mounted perpendicular to the center active plane of Kaligarang Fault. The distance between control point observation is 1-2 kilometers. Data processing is tied to the IGS station BAKO, COCO, DRAW, GUAM, IISC and PIMO produces an average standard deviation n = 0,004401 m; e = 0,004641 m; z = 0,004972 m
