Perbedaan Tingkat Nyeri Punggung Bawah pada Pekerja Pembuat Teralis Sebelum dan Sesudah Pemberian Edukasi Peregangan di Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah Kabupaten Cilacap

One of the informal job which were many in Indonesia was trellis maker. One of the ergonomic problems occurred to informal sector workers was low back pain. Based on early survey, workers had the pains at their back, neck, arms and legs. The purpose of this research was to analyze the differences of low back pain levels using education giving about stretching to trellis maker in Cilacap city. This research was an explanatory research and used quasi experiment method with one group pretest postest design research plan. Total populations of this research were 30 workers and the samples were 21 workers which were taken by using purposive sampling criteria. Low back pain measurements used Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The result of this research indicated that there were some differences of low back pain levels before and after giving education about stretching to trellis maker in Cilacap city (p=0.001)
