Penerapan Analisis Fundamental Untuk Penilaian Kewajaran Harga Saham Dan Keputusan Investasi Dengan Metode Price Earnings Ratio (Per) (Studi Pada Perusahaan Cosmetic and Household Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2010-2012 )

This research aims to give explanation of reasonableness stock price by way comparing intrinsic value with current market price and to give an investment decision based on the reasonablenss of stock price. The evaluation model for calculate the intrinsic value is fundamental analysis with price earnings ratio method (PER). The object of this research is stock of subsector cosmetic and household company that is MRAT, TCID and UNVR. It shows that in 2010 the stock TCID is in undervalued so that the taken decisions are buying or holding the stock if it has been owned. In 2011 stock MRAT, TCID and UNVR in an overvalued so that the taken decisions are sell or holding not to buy the stock. Wherease in 2012, stock of MRAT and UNVR are in undervalued condition so that the taken decisions are buying or holding the stock if it has been owned
