Texture analysis of copper have been performed using neutron diffraction technique. For neutron diffraction experiment, a copper sample are formed into three types, Cu-freely powder with grain size ≤100 mesh obtained by grinding the Cu-rod sample, Cu-bulk powder which is obtained from pressing the freely powder and a Cu-rod as the original sample. From crystal structure analysis, it is obtained that preferred orientation occur due to rolling. For Cu-freely powder sample and Cu-bulk powder, crystallite distribution are random with highest intensity at (111), whereas Cu-rod highest intensity appears at (220).
