Pengaruh Kualitas Dosen, Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Kampus terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto

This research examines the influence of lecturer quality, services, and campus facilities towards the student satisfaction of Economics Faculty, Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The variables of these three aspects were analyzed through a multiple regression, with an aim toknow how well the three aspects are interrelated to each other and affect the student satisfaction.This regression shows that the variables of lecturer quality, services, and campus facilities significantly and positively affect the student satisfaction. Compared to the other two, the elasticity value of services is found to be higher on affecting the student satisfaction. This result implies that the student satisfaction will be increasing higher when the variables of the three aspects are well-managed. The better the lecturer quality, services, and campus facilities are, the better the student satisfaction is.Key words: lecturer quality, services, campus facilities, student satisfaction, multiple regressio
