Efek Mediasi Pemberdayaan pada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tranformasional terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional

Tranformational leadership had indentified with leader behavior that more aktified and efektif. Thisbehavior is adviced with give a full motivation to employee, so will give skill to create ekpektasion anemployer people and that will motivation with all extra-role behavior. This aim to research is testingmediating effect at transformational leadership effect for empowerment organizational citicion behavior infinancial institute non bank at magelang religion. Data for this study were collected using a questionnairesurvey sent to 240 responden in financial institute at the Magelang. At lease 204 employee in financialinstitute non bank that had participated in this research, also same to 71% response rate. The studyemployee a moderated regression Analysis (MRA) to analyze the hipotesis and assit by the SPPSS12.00 from windows programs. The result of this research is showed that mediating effect attranformatonal leadership for organizational citicion behavior significant, and mediating effectempowerment organizational is significant.Keywords: Transformational leadership, empowerment organizational, mediating effect
