The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, organizationalcommitment, and job performance of nurses in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Previous researches haveshown controversial result on how the relationship of job satisfaction on job performance and the roleof organizational commitment on it. To analyze organizational commitment as mediating/interveningvariable, path analysis is used to confi rm the relationship between variables.
