Unhealthy house is closely related to incident of acute respiratory tract infection (ARI). The aim of this study was to analyze the association between levels of healthy house to ARI in children under five years old in Labuhan Village, Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This was an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. Study population was 1396 mothers or the others who responsible in look after the children. Sample size was 90 respondents that were taken by using systematic-random sampling technique.
