Analisis Otentisitas Hadis dalam Himpunan Putusan Tarjih (Hpt) Muhammadiyah (Tahap Keempat )

This research entitled “Analysis of Hadith Authenticity in Tarjih Decision Compilation of Muhammadiyah (Part Four)” is intended to research the authenticity of ahadith in chapter of the death in The Compilation of Fatwa of The Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah. Based on the aim of the research above, the main question of this research is “Are all the hadiths in bab jenazah authentic?”. Generally, ahadith can classified into three categories: sahih (sound), hasan (good) and da'if (weak). The kind of the research is library research. Because this research to be concerned with haditsh, so the Writer uses methodology of takhrij and cross reference to analyze data. Takhrij is a method of deciding authenticity of hadith in a book by evaluating the credibility of its chain of narrators (isnad) which is not explained by its author. And cross reference is a method of research by comparing between a scholar's opinion with another which finally to be concluded. The main result of this research is that all of ahadith in the chapter of death are authentic. None of them are fabricated or false. Beside that all, As mentioned in the result of research before, Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah often cut long ahadis, as it happened in this research of part four. And also Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah usually take hadith meaningly. And it doesn't matter, as long as it is done without changing main meaning
