Kajian Penatalaksanaan Terapi Pada Pasien Gastritis Di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rsup Prof Dr. R .D. Kandou Manado Tahun 2013

Gastritis occured by the inflammation from stomach mucosal caused by the irritation and infection factors. If this disease is left, it will damage the function of the stomach and increase the risk of stomach cancer which will cause death. The purpose of this study was to review the management of hospitalized gastritis patients therapy in RSUP Prof. Dr. R. Kandou Manado in 2013 using Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) of RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado in 2011. This study is a descriptive research with retrospective data collection. The samples that taken were the medical record data with gastritis as the main diagnose without complication of hispitalized patients in 2013. The result shows that the drug USAge on the management of drug abuse treatment in gastritis patients are compatible with SOP, except the USAge of antibiotics which are not compatible because the infection bacteria are not found on those patient.
