This research was conducted in the district Rambah, this study aims to determine the amount of costs and revenues broiler farms in the district Rambah and to find alternative appropriate strategies to be applied in the district Rambah Rokan Huluregency in the upstream business development efforts broiler.The results of this study indicate that the total production of the period of August 2016 was 162,658.8 kilograms with an average harvest 11618.48 kilograms.
