Model Kinerja Koperasi dalam Pengembangan Perilaku Keanggotaan (Studi Kasus Koperasi Primer di Jawa Tengah)

This study aims to analyze the influence of Achievement Motivation, Attitude Participatory, and Entrepreneurship Attitude toward Behavior members.This study population is a primary cooperative member with an operating life of at least 3 years of credit union business units are located in Central Java, the sample or the number of survey respondents as many as 98 people, which is obtained by using cluster random sampling/random sampling area. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regressions.The results showed that the Achievement Motivation, Attitude Participatory had positive effect on the attitude of Entrepreneurship Behavior members
