Perbedaan Kesukaan Nyamuk Aedes Spp Bertelur Berdasarkan Jenis Bahan Ovitrap ( Kaleng, Bambu dan Styrofoam ) ( Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Tembalang )

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a dangerous contagious disease caused by Dengue virus, can cause of death within a short time. Tembalang village in 2010, there are 17 cases with IR of 324,43/100.000 people. Based on recapitulation data case of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Semarang District Health Office found that Incidence Rate (IR) in Tembalang village around 119,78/100.000. Purpose of this study is to know the differences Aedes spp Mosquitos favorite in natural ovitrap and artificial ovitrap. The type of this sudy is quasi experiment, and retrieval of the sample with purposive sampling. The study population is all the eggs of mosquitoes caught in the ovitrap, the samples taken from 15 homes with repeated 9 times. Statistical data analysis using Kruskal-Wallis test with significant level (p-value) is 0.000, it means < α=0.05 significant difference between the three types of ovitrap is the number of eggs from Aedes spp caught in the Tembalang Village, Semarang, Central Java. The study was conducted by comparing the number of eggs found in the ovitrap cans, bamboo and styrofoam. Eggs taken from the two regions based on incidence rates and urban neighborhoods represented of the two pillars of the citizens (RW) are RW 01 and RW 04 in the region. From this researchs result show that there are differences between three types of ovitrap material
