Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh trust, product quality dan price terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan mengukur variabel manakah yang lebih dominan pengaruhnya antara trust, product quality, atau price terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Hasil penelitian atas 100 orang pelanggan menunjukan bahwa trust, product quality dan price memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas, serta price mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan
