The purpose of this study was to explain the influence employability and work environment on employee performance simultaneously and partially on the PT. Tembakau Djajasakti Sari Malang. The research method used explanatory research, by using questionnaire as to collect data from 59 employess at PT. Tembakau Dajajasakti Sari Malang. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression using SPSS for Windows. Based on the multiple linier regression analysis showed that simultaneously and partially employability (X1) and work environment (X2) has a significance influence on employee performance (Y).
