Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Kinerja Apoteker Puskesmas Di Tiga Kabupaten: Purbalingga, Banjarnegara, Cilacap Tahun 2015

Health is a human right and an element of well-being that should be embodied in accordance with the ideals of the nation of Indonesia as stipulated in the Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945. Good quality health services provide encouragement or motivation to the patients to establish ties and good relations with the community health center. One of the main targets of the operation of BPJS is at least 75% of participants are satisfied with the service BPJS. At the same time, public services by government officials today are still found many weaknesses that can not meet the quality expected by society. One effort in maintaining the quality of pharmacy services is to evaluate patient satisfaction with pharmacy services in a health facility. The study used a descriptive with a cross-sectional study on 8 health centers in 3 regencies. They are Purbalingga regency (Kejobong and Karangreja), Banjarnegara regency (Karangkobar and Mandiraja) and Cilacap regency (South Cilacap II, Kroya I, Gandrungmangu I, and Sidareja). This research used analysis of importance and performance analysis (IPA) and community satisfaction index. The primary data collection tool used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 6 months. The quantitative aspects of drug delivery, drug information services, counseling, monitoring, reporting drug side effects, and patient medication record (PMR) were studied. The results showed that patients assess the suitability of 89.65% existing between satisfaction and expectations/interests with an average index of satisfaction of the people in the pharmacy services in 8 health centers at 3 regencies was 2.99, thus fall into the satisfying category.
