Tanggung Jawab Notaris Atas Pelaporan Salinan Daftar Akta Kepada Majelis Pengawas Daerah (Pasal 61 Undang-undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004)

This study discusses the responsibility of the Notary to the implementation of article 61 of Law No. 30 of 2004 in which no set penalties for violating the rules Notary. The purpose of this study is to develop a scientific study law notaries particularly in the field that is about the obligation that is the responsibility of every Notary to report or submit a copy of the deed he had made to the Regional Supervisory Council. The method used in this research is a normative legal approach to legislation and conceptual. Legal materials will be analyzed using descriptive techniques. The study concluded that a Notary Public who violates the provisions of Article 61 UUJN, should be responsible for independently according to his oath of office before being appointed as a Notary for negligence has done to deliver a copy of the report lists the deed and other lists in the previous month later than the 15th (fifteenth) day of the following month to the Regional Supervisory Council, although Article 61 UUJN are not regulated clearly sanctions if Notary break. However, if the legal consequences arising Notary UUJN violated Article 61 in accordance with the laws UUJN, Notary clearly not penalized. But in evidence in case of disputes against the deed that is not reported can result in degraded certificate only as proof that the deed under the hand and can be canceled or be null and void
