Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Pt.telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Malang)

The aim of this study was investigate the effect of physical working environment and non-physical working environment on employee satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. The research type is explanatory research. Questionnaire was used as tata collection method. The number of sample was 61 respondents of employees in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, branch Kandatel Malang. Multiple regression analysis through software SPSS 16 was used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that, the physical working environment and non-physical working environment simultaneously have significant effect on employee satisfaction, the physical working environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, non-physical working environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Lastly, the R2 in this study was 0.53, it's means that the model can explained 53% to predict employee satisfaction, while 47% are explained by other variables that not included in this study
