Analisis Penilaian Pemenuhan Elemen Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (Smk3) Pp No. 50 Tahun 2012 di PT. X Semarang

Every company employing 100 people or more and contain potential hazards is reqiure to apply an safety and health management system. PT. X is a manufacture company with high potential hazard hasnt integrate safety and health management system in the scope of work management. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the assessment of compliance with safety and health management systems in PT. X using the standard PP. 50 tahun 2012. So it will be known the deficiencies that must be corrected in order to complete the assessment criteria contained in attachment II. The research use a qualitative methods by describing the observational approach and interviews. Object of study is the Personalia Manager, Production Head Officer, and Warehouse Officer. Direct observation is done by checklist instrument. The data analysis is done in descriptive to describe the application of safety and health management system. The results showed that PT. X complete 0 of 64 criteria or equal to 0% and is far below with the recommended standard. The results of the analysis give advice in the form of priorities by establishing and maintaining a commitment to apply safety and health management system
