Indonesia as a maritime country with plentiful marine resource is threaten by Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing. It predicts that Indonesia losses USD 20 billion annually. Since 3 November 2014, some new policies applied to combating IUU-F. The objective of this research is to describe and analyze the role of the policy to export of tunas and shrimps in East Java. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Focus in research is the role of IUU-F policies to tunas and shrimps export volume, before and after the implementation of policies. Research in Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan in East Java and some supporting site in kkp.go.id and fao.org. Data collected from interview, observation, and documentation. The result shows that since the policies applied, number of production and export fishing are decreasing in first year, including tunas. While export of catch fisheries obstructed and decrease since the policy applied, shrimp export volume is not affected to decrease
