: Treatment compliance in hypertensive patients is important because hypertensionis a disease that is not curable but it must always be controlled or controlled in order to avoid complications that can lead to death. The purpose of research known factors associated with medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. The study design used is descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Sample in this study done by total sampling in accordance with the inclusion criteria amounted to 32 people.
