Pengaruh Perputaran Modal Kerja Dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Pada Perusahaan Pembiayaan Listing Di Bei Periode 2009-2013)

Indonesia's economy is currently heading in the era of globalization which cause intense competition and required to be able to adjust to the situation that is going on in the company . Each company must implement a management system in accordance with the procedures in order to develop and run their business effectively. The purpose of establishing a company is to obtain profitability. In order to obtain appropriate level of profitability, a company needs to manage its working capital turnover and account receivable turnover. This study aims to examine the performance of financial companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in managing their working capital and account receivable, and also the influences of the two variables to firm profitability. Using multiple linear regression this study found that working capital turnover and account receivable turnover significant effect simultaneously to the profitability. Partially working capital turnover influences the profitability (0,009 < 0,05), receivable turnover influence to the profitability (0,019 < 0,05). Variable both are significantly as the profitability is less than 0,05. Variable which was dominant effect to the profitability is account receivable turnover.
