Evaluasi Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan Di Kecamatan Lewolema (Studi Kasus Kegiatan Simpan Pinjam Untuk Kelompok Perempuan Di Desa Sinar Hading Dan Desa Balukhering)

This study aimed at evaluating the implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas in particular the Savings and Loans activities of women's groups in Sinar Hading and Balukhering villages. This evaluation aimed at assessing the medium-term results of the women's group savings and loan activities based on the objectives that were planned in the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas, which was to accelerate the process of meeting the needs of business or social funding base , giving women the opportunity to improve their household economy through capital funding and institutional strengthening efforts and encourage savings and loans by women . This study also aimed at looking at and describing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of savings and loans to groups of women. The approach used in this study was qualitative with a descriptive design to illustrate the facts that occur as a result of the implementation of the program. The results illustrated that the medium-term goal of the program which was accelerating the process of fulfilling social venture funding could well be achieved. This could be seen by the increased number of business groups and the fulfillment of their basic social needs . The provision of opportunities for women to improve their household economy through venture capital funding was considered successful which was characterized by an increase in household economic enterprises. However, the. institutional strengthening of the Savings and Loans for the women's groups has failed. To continue the existence of the savings and loans for women the managers should be able to take advantage of the supporting factors and minimize disincentives
