: The Effecs of Service Quality and Financing Product on The Interest and Decision in Becoming A Customer of Sharia Banks. This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality on the interest in becoming a customer, the effect quality service on the decision in becoming a customer, the effect financing of product on the interest in becoming a customer, the effect of financing product on the decision in becoming a customer, and the effect of the interest in becoming a customer on the decision in becoming a customer. This was a causal associative study. The research use by means simple random sampling and quota sampling techniques, an were analysed by means of the path analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive effect of service quality on the interest becoming a customer. Service quality also has a positive effect on the decisions in becoming a customer. The study also finds out that there is a positive effect of financing product on the interest in becoming a customer.
