Bu çalışmada Saanen ırkı süt keçisi rasyonlarına kuru madde de (KM) %0.0 17.5 ve 35.0 düzeyinde çekirdeklerinden elenmiş zeytin posası (ZP) ilavesinin keçilerin KM ve besin maddesi tüketimi, in-vivo besin madde sindirile bilirlikleri, süt verimi ve kompozisyonu, kan parametreleri ve süt yağının yağ asidi kompozisyonu üzerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ZP taze formda 2.5 mm’lik elekten geçirilerek çekirdekleri ayıklanmış ve kurutularak karma yeme % 35 ve % 70 düzeyinde katılmıştır. Araştırma rasyonları % 45 kaba yem, % 50 karma yem ve % 5 öğütülmüş mısırdan izo nitrojenik olarak hazırlanmıştır.
