Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services (PARiHS) asserts that the success of knowledge implementation relates to multiple factors in a complex and dynamic way, and therefore the effects of implementation strategies vary by method and context. An instrument based on the PARiHS framework was developed to help assess critical factors influencing implementation strategies so that strategies can be tailored to promote implementation.
