Traditionally in Swedish schools, science is taught as separate subjects as biology, chemistry and physics. However, in the Swedish curriculum the syllabus for different science subjects looks quite the same, hence our curiosity of how to integrate the subjects with each other. Subject integrated teaching is a method that helps the students to get a knowledge completeness in science. The Swedish curriculum has changed considerably over the last 100 years, above all the approach of subject integrated education.
