This book provides coverage of a variety of subjects not found in other entertainment law books, including analytical/transactional/experiential material on some of the unique problems that arise in representing an entertainer; entertainment industry contracts; taxation of entertainers; selling an idea; and the implications of the internet to entertainment and the identities of artists. It includes an international treatment of many of the subjects.
