Working capital is one important aspect of running a company, lack of working capital is an important factor for the day to day operating costs, because working capital is the main factor driving the company's operations and here more than half of the existing assets in the current assets of the company is an element of working capital. This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian kediri branch which is a subsidiary company. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the management of working capital in the company is able to increase the liquidity and profitability. The method used descriptive research with quantitative approach. The results of the analysis in 2011-2013 showed that the working capital in 2012 increased and in 2013 decreased.
