Sago hampas and bagasse are plantation wastes that has not been widely used as a cattle feed, because it has a low crude protein. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of variation of sago hampas dan bagasse with the addition of Trichoderma sp and variation of mineral solution to increase the crude protein content of the feed. Methods of research conducted by the mass variation and mineral solution. There are 6 different variation mass of waste and mineral solution in this research. The variation are A1; B1; C1; D1; E1; F1. The result showed that the crude protein has increased to 7,79%; 11,61%; 4,28%; 2,00%; 2,18%; 2,55%. The highest crude protein in the variation 90% sago hampas 10% bagasse with mineral solution
