The growing environmental concerns and the increasing scarcity of landfills encourage the recycling of industrial wastes and adopting environmentally friendly practices by rational usage of natural resources. The production of concrete with recycled aggregate and reduced cement volume is the most desirable form of achieving a closed life cycle as an ecological constructional material.
