The purpose of this research is to increase effectiveness of functioning of insurance market using Latvian insurance company's data analysis and to supply the insurance products. This is a worthwhile exercise given the important results of the existing performance measures used in the insurance market. Moreover, this model can incorporate the important social function that insurers fulfil and provide powerful managerial implications.
