Construction Revival - Development Activation of Latvian Economy

During current depressive development period the typical function of economy is becoming topical: how to use pretty limited Latvian resources in most effective way, in order to provide state welfare. It is important to analyse and estimate each possible development direction, separate branches problems and potential in order to reach the state stability and overall development. Article actuality is associated with construction branch modern problems. Article aim is to specify possible solutions for construction branch revival as well as further Latvian economy activation. The important part here plays the constructions specificity: non of other branches are dependant so much on state economy condition and orders as construction. There for non of other branches suffer so much from depressive economy development period as construction. The objective economic activities indicates that construction branch in Latvia reguires assistance. Especially important are state and self-government orders for local enterprises, which accumulated valuable working experience. Article highlights the main problems and proposes solutions for construction improvement, which will establish further Latvian economy development
