Transformation from model to model takes significant place in Model Driven Architecture (MDA). Model Driven Architecture considers system from three viewpoints: computation independent, platform independent, and platform specific. Despite the fact that each viewpoint has its own representing model, the transformation between computation independent model (CIM) and platform independent model (PIM) is fuzzy.
