Ferrites with spinel type NiFe2O4 (NiF), CoFe2O4 (CoF) and hexagonal type BaFe12O19 (BaM) structure where obtained using auto-combusting reaction method. After temperature initiated auto-combusting reaction different oxide mixtures were obtained. In next step by taking calcination at 800 C for BaM and CoF and 1000 C for NiF, formation of corresponding ferrite compounds with high level of purity were obtained. Auto-combustion reaction temperature was determined by thermogravimetry (TG) analysis. Gained substances crystalline phases and their crystallite size where investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis.
