Polyisoprene-nanostructured carbon black composites are promising materials for development of completely flexible pressure sensors and indicators. The composites made of natural rubber and high structure electro-conductive carbon black exhibit positive piezoresistive effect close over the region of percolation. The problem is to make a stable embedded flexible electrodes. We try to solve this by inserting a brass foil bolsters on both sides of the sample in the curing mold. We althought present an original attempt to make an in-situ investigation of composites electrical properties during vulcanization. The dependence of piezoresistive effect of the curing pressure and filler concentration is althought experimentally stated and discussed
