The study aimed to identify the problems that cause the spread of the unemployment phenomenon among the graduates in Nablus governorate in the West Bank from their point of view. The study also aimed to detect whether there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members attributed to the variables: gender, scientific qualification and college. The researcher applied the descriptive descriptive method to achieve the objectives of the study. A questionnaire developed by the researcher consisted of 33 paragraphs on a sample of (180) new graduates from Al-Quds Open University and An-Najah National University in Nablus Governorate.
