The theory of Scale Relativity can be used to constrain dynamical models of gravitational systems. As a first step, we study the theoretical possibilities induced by the solutions of the generalized Schrödinger equation (which is the form taken by the fundamental equation of dynamics in a fractal space-time). In a second step, these theoretical solutions are used to obtain stationary models of gravitational systems. We analyze : (i) the stellar flows morphogenesis, (ii) the dynamical structure of the Local Group of galaxies and (iii) the dynamics of isolated binary galaxies.
