The transport market is changing and new technologies and services are fundamentally changing the way we use trans- portation. The concept of Intelligent Mobility promises to put users and their experience at the heart of service with mobility services being built around them. The Greater Copenhagen area in Denmark is experiencing these changes in mobility. But critical choices that have to be made for a possible introduction of Intelligent Mobility in the area are unclear.
